	Rory Hiller brings 25 years of marketing and business development to Island Estates Realty having been CEO of a medical consulting firm and on the Board of Directors and Director of Corporate Development for a chemical engineering firm. By maintaining the principals set forth by the company's founder and assembling a staff equal to none, Rory will concentrate on achieving a new marketing approach ro the real estate business.
	Martin Donovan is the recipient of the Chairman Award for Top Producer. Martin, better known as Marty, is a resident of Island Estates, and is originally from the Chicago land area. Marty is the last of eight children and has a twin sister. He comes from a prominent Chicago family with a history of redevelopment projects in the downtown Chicago area with high-rise conversions from apartment buildings to condominiums. Marty has worked closely with the film industry with housing for major motion pictures located throughout the United States. He was responsible for finding housing for both crew and cast members during the filming of a movie. Marty attended college at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His major was Political Science. During his summer months of college he would spend time back in Chicago where he was member of the Oak Polo Club and very active in the Club's social functions and charity fundraisers. Marty's focus these days is in Clearwater Beach, Florida where he has been very active with local redevelopment projects. He has focused his attention on Island Estates, Sand Key, Belleair and Clearwater Beach. He remains a Top Producer in these areas. He is well known for turning clients into friends and always going the extra mile. He is easily noticeable in his little red Mercedes convertible, which is prominently displayed on his business card. He dares to be different and continues to win over his clients and make new friends. When asked what Marty's goal was for this next year, as a member of the Belleair Country Club, he simply stated "to learn how to hit a golf ball"!
	Susan Scourtes Gaddis was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and the surrounding suburbs. She attended grade and middle school in Livonia, Michigan. Susan attended and graduated from Plymouth High School. Her hard work and dedication allowed her honor roll status during her high school period. When on vacation from school, Susan had the opportunity to travel the world with her family. Susan's family relocated to Clearwater Beach, Florida in 1985. In 1987 she moved to Clearwater Beach Florida and has not left. She has resided in all areas of Clearwater Beach including Sand Key, Clearwater Beach and currently Island Estates. Susan received Bachelors Degrees (Finance and Marketing) from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Prior to real estate, Susan was involved with a variety of industries (automobiles to pharmaceuticals) always emphasizing on the customer relations and sales aspects of the business. Susan has been known to work sunrise to sunset - Her Motto is "I will do whatever it takes to make a client happy". Susan's family including Grandparents and Parents are long time extremely satisfied clients of Joanne Hiller Broker/Owner.
